The following proposal has been scoped specifically for Perth Landscape Construction.

How we work

The design
process

01 Complete
Initial Consultation

We've covered your goals, direction and target audience. Your brief and moodboard gave a clear creative foundation to work from.

Review & Deposit

Review this proposal, select your package, confirm below and pay the 50% deposit to lock in your project start date.

03
Brand Design

Work begins on your logo suite and mascot. You'll receive initial concepts followed by one round of consolidated edits before final approval.

Brand Approval

Once your logo is approved, you'll receive your one-page style guide covering colour palette, typography and logo usage guidelines.

05
Website Design & Build

With brand approved, your website is designed and built in WordPress using Elementor. You'll review an interactive prototype before the full build begins.

06
Launch

Final review, pre-launch checks, and your site goes live. All brand files are delivered in full. Your business looks the part from day one.

Indicative timeline

Timelines are indicative and assume content is supplied by agreed deadlines. Delays to content may extend the schedule.

What you supply

All website content - photography, project imagery and written copy - is provided by you. A simple content checklist will be sent at kick-off to guide exactly what's needed and when.

Not included in this scope

Signage design, social media templates and additional vehicle wraps are not included in Packages 01 and 02. These can be quoted separately once requirements are confirmed.

Additional work

Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding. Additional revision rounds are charged at $120/hr (minimum 1 hour).

The fine print

Terms &
conditions

These terms apply to all work undertaken by Imogen Violet Design. By confirming this proposal, you agree to the following.

Engagement & Commencement

Work begins once the proposal is confirmed and the 50% non-refundable deposit is received. If not completed within 14 days, the proposal expires and terms may be renegotiated.

Scope & Revisions

Each phase includes 1 round of revisions. Additional rounds or late-stage changes are charged at $120/hr (minimum 1 hour). Changes made after approval may incur additional costs.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying all required content in the agreed format by agreed deadlines. Delays to content may result in extended timelines and additional fees.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due within 14 days of delivery. Late payment incurs a 5% increase on the outstanding balance per day after the due date.

Copyright & Ownership

Imogen Violet Design retains all rights until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive exclusive rights to the final approved deliverables. Draft concepts, working files and source files remain the property of Imogen Violet Design.

Liability

Imogen Violet Design's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the final product. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all work before launch or production.

Termination

Either party may terminate in writing if a breach is not remedied within 14 days of notice. The deposit is retained and all work completed to date must be paid for. If Imogen Violet Design needs to withdraw from a project, written notice will be provided and fees for work completed will apply.

Reproduction Rights

Imogen Violet Design reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Electronic confirmation is considered valid and binding. This document constitutes the entire agreement between both parties.
